What is Psychetherapy?
Psychetherapy is a holistic therapy for mind, body, relationship, environment, soul and spirit. It works from the underlying tenet that the health and well-being of these domains—as well as everything within them—is interconnected, interrelated and interdependent. Suffering in one domain will lead to suffering in all domains. Likewise, healing one domain will lead to the healing of the other domains. This holistic healing-transformation is the aim of psychetherapy.
My psyche-therapeutic orientation is "ecclectic." I practice Gestalt, Depth, Somatic, Psychodynamic, Strengths-Based, Solutions-Focused, Relational, Cognitive-Behavioral, Expressive Arts, Imaginal and Transpersonal approaches.
When appropriate, I love to include tarot, runes, astrology, the Enneagram, Human Design, psyche-therapeutic D&D and other archetypal, soul-based systems of healing, inquiry and exploration. If you are interested in seeing how any of these systems can be engaged on your healing-path, I'd love to hear from you.
